" It all started after coming back sick from South East Asia with typhoid, which was treated with conventional antibiotics that then led to me getting all sorts of issues ranging from gut problems (IBS) to anxiety and depression.
During that time I also was unemployed and recovering from a car accident that caused me to slip the disc in my neck..
All in all, my life changed drastically. However, fast forward to the start of 2021 and I am now back to healthy living, travelling, fitness training, eating what I want (in moderation of course 😅) and enjoying time spent with my loved ones.
Going forward I am looking to continuously build upon the great reviews I received for the products by releasing more, as well as expand the practical education content through blogs, social and holistic services in collaboration with other trusted partners! "

So, having experienced and overcome many physical and mental health issues in the past he quickly came to realise that when it came to supplements it was difficult to find good quality, clean supplements with the correct dosages to actually make an impact on physical and mental well being.
